Welcome to Wheels Hockey Development, LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our monthly subscription-based service. Your monthly membership provides exclusive access to comprehensive skating instruction and analysis. Each month includes one 20-minute One-on-One session focused on the skater’s (or student’s) technique using their own Live Barn content, non-cumulative. Members can also book additional 20-minute private Zoom sessions for personalized coaching: $30 per session or $75 for three sessions monthly, non-cumulative, and group sessions at $15 per session. Additionally, enjoy our Skating Mastery Series with instructional videos based on WHEELS fundamentals, Pro Skating Insights with video critiques of professional players, and access to our members-only Discord for direct engagement and updates. Members also have the first right of access to enroll in exclusive on-ice lessons, clinics, and camps with a simple IN or OUT response. Any remaining spots will then open up to others outside the community in a second wave. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Subscription Services
  • Subscription Plans: Wheels Hockey Development, LLC. offers monthly subscription plans that provide access to our exclusive Discord community, Skating Mastery Series, Pro Skating Insights, and the option to enroll in exclusive Zoom sessions, as well as on-ice lessons, clinics, and camps. Details, including pricing and features, can be found on our website and through our Discord community.
  • Payment: You agree to pay the subscription fees as specified on our website. Payments are processed through Stripe, and you authorize recurring payments until you cancel your subscription.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via Discord by sending a direct message to the principal instructor. Cancellations will be handled promptly. Please note that our billing through Stripe is monthly and recurring. Refunds are not provided, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Any charges already incurred are non-refundable.
• Access to Discord Community and Zoom Sessions
  • Exclusive Content: As a subscriber, you gain access to our exclusive Discord community, featuring premium content including Skating Mastery Series, Pro Skating Insights, and the option to enroll in members-only Zoom sessions, on-ice lessons, clinics, or camps. This exclusive content is curated to enhance your hockey development experience.
  • Code of Conduct: To ensure a positive and respectful environment for all members, we uphold a Code of Conduct within our Discord community, Zoom sessions, on-ice lessons, clinics, and camps. By participating in these platforms and activities, you agree to adhere to our guidelines, promoting sportsmanship, inclusivity, and a supportive community. Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in appropriate actions, including but not limited to, the cancellation of your subscription without a refund.
  • Minors:

    Children Under 13: Our service is intended for individuals of all ages, including children under the age of 13. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising and ensuring their child's safe participation in Zoom sessions, Discord interactions, on-ice lessons, clinics, and camps. It is crucial to provide adequate supervision to ensure the well-being and appropriate engagement of younger participants in all aspects of our program.

    Ages 13-18: Users between the ages of 13 and 18 may use the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. Parents or legal guardians may choose to supervise and participate in Zoom sessions, Discord interactions, on-ice lessons, clinics, and camps on behalf of their child. It is essential for parents or legal guardians to oversee and ensure the safe and appropriate participation of users aged 13-18 in all aspects of our program.

• Intellectual Property
  • Ownership: All content provided as part of the subscription service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wheels Hockey Development, LLC. and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • License: By subscribing, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Privacy
  • Data Collection: We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
  • Minors' Privacy: If you are a parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for monitoring and supervising your child's use of our service. This includes access to the Wheels Hockey Development Discord community, Zoom sessions, on-ice lessons, clinics, and camps. It is crucial to ensure the safe and appropriate participation of your child in all aspects of our program.
• Limitation of Liability
  • Disclaimer: Wheels Hockey Development, LLC. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our subscription service.
• Miscellaneous
  • Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
